REVIEW AND RATING POLICY

This article outlines the specific situations in which we may choose to delete a rating or review for a service. You have the option to provide ratings and reviews for services you have bought within a 30-day period from the date of purchase. It is important to remember that reviews should only be submitted once and should maintain a level of respect, helpfulness, and constructive feedback in order to aid other customers who are considering purchasing items through Book Reviews.
Book Views’ standard position is to abstain from censoring, modifying, or erasing customer ratings or reviews. However, there are instances where we may find it necessary to remove a rating or review. If a customer repeatedly or severely violates our policies, we reserve the right to revoke their ability to rate items or even suspend or terminate their account. The determination of whether a rating or review is in violation of our policies is made by Book Views, and these decisions are final and should be respected.
We will remove ratings and reviews that:
- are not directly linked to the specific item or support services offered for that item’s reviewer.
- are abusive, vulgar, menacing, discriminatory, filled with hatred, offensive, or in any way violates our Community Guidelines are not permitted.
- infringe upon someone else’s privacy rights, such as publicizing their name, email address, domain, purchase code, or any other personal or confidential details without their consent.
- The objective is to compel a reviewer to undertake an action that they are not required to do.
- are posted or updated more than 30 days from the date of purchase.
- are used to make a support request (support requests must be made the a method specified by the reviewer.)
- are posted repeatedly.
Once a refund has been issued for an item, the rating for the item will be removed. If the customer has purchased more than 1 review for the same service, the rating of the refunded item will be removed.
