The items available for purchase on the platform consist of digital goods and are not eligible for “returns.” It is important to note that in addition to these guidelines, specific refund regulations may vary by country, and if applicable, these local laws are still applicable to you.
- We cannot issue refunds for items purchased over 30 days.
If your review is not as described or agreed upon, you should contact the reviewer to fix the issue. If the issue is not resolved, you may be entitled to a refund from the reviewer.
If you and the reviewer are unable to reach a mutual agreement regarding a refund, you have the option to initiate a dispute and allow Book Views to investigate the issue. In such cases, we may request supporting documentation or evidence from you. It is important to note that any refund granted by Book Views is solely at our discretion. Our decision will be based on all the information available, and you acknowledge that our decision is final. Please be aware that purchases made more than 30 days ago are not eligible for dispute.
Book Views and the reviewers are not obligated to provide refunds in any of the circumstances listed below, as permitted by applicable laws.
- After downloading it, you no longer wanted it.
- The product did not meet the standards you had in mind, or you have the feeling that the product lacks in terms of quality.
- You changed your mind.
- You purchased the service by mistake.
- You lack the necessary expertise to utilize the review adequately.
- You claim your entitlement to a refund but fail to provide adequate details regarding the reason behind your claim for a refund.
- Your review was purchased over 30 days ago.
